Outstanding candidates
We are proud to welcome Kha-Quoc LE, Van Hong Phuc NGUYEN, Dat NGUYEN-PHUOC.All three prizewinners are currently enrolled at the Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic Institute. Their selection reflects not only outstanding academic performance but also the strength of their professional projects, personal maturity, and strong commitment to community and social work. Despite being only 22, they stand out for their remarkable open-mindedness and have each earned prestigious academic awards.
Eiffel Scholarship: a lived milestone
Kha-Quoc, class valedictorian, expressed his heartfelt emotions upon hearing the announcement of the results:“On Friday 11th, I was on pins and needles, I was so happy when I received the results. Winning the scholarship is a great honor for me, and an unforgettable academic achievement”.
Dreams realised through perseverance
All three scholars highlight how steadfast effort and perseverance turned their long-held dreams into reality.Dat, top mathematics student in a class of 193, reflects on his academic journey:
“Dream big, work hard and persevere - that's how I mapped out my path. Winning the Eiffel scholarship was my dream when I was a kid. And today, that dream has come true, and it's no longer just a dream! I'm very grateful to my mentors, who have supported me through thick and thin. This is just the beginning of a journey of growth and self-improvement.”
For Van Hong Phuc:
“Receiving the Eiffel Scholarship feels like a dream come true and marks an important achievement in my academic journey. At the same time, it reminds me that I need to keep working hard to prove that I truly deserve it. Studying at ESISAR gives me a great chance to learn in an international environment and be part of a high-quality program. I’m going to do my best and make the most of this opportunity”.

The PFIEV unites the expertise of nine leading French institutions* and four Vietnamese schools (three polytechnic institutes in Hanoi, Dà Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, plus the Hanoi School of Civil Engineering) to deliver a top-tier engineering education. Since its founding in 1997, PFIEV has graduated over 200 Vietnamese engineers yearly. Its diploma, jointly issued by Vietnamese authorities and our French partners, has been officially recognised by France’s Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI) since 2004.
