Warm Welcome to Valence for Our IMESS Students!
Our new IMESS Master’s students kicked off the year with a cultural discovery visit to Valence.
On September 15th, we had the pleasure of welcoming our new IMESS Master’s students for a cultural discovery visit to Valence, an event made possible through our partnership with Lycée Émile Loubet.
Ten Year 12 students from the lycée took on the role of guides, leading our Master’s students on a tour of the city's main attractions and monuments. Beyond exploring the city’s history and landmarks, this exchange offered a unique chance to practice English and forge meaningful cross-cultural connections.
Along the way, our IMESS students gained fresh insights into local culture and the French education system. Their lycée counterparts also shared insider tips on the best spots to enjoy weekends in Valence, making it easier for the students to feel more at home.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the students of Lycée Émile Loubet and their dedicated teacher, Mrs. Sadoun, for their warm welcome and support. We also extend a warm welcome to our international students as they embark on this new academic journey together.
