Goals

Being able to calculate three-phase circuits.
Being able to wire and make measurements on single balanced three-phase low voltage devices.
Be aware of the principle of modeling simple magnetic circuits.
Know the modeling of the coil with iron core and its applications.
Know the modeling of single-phase transformer and its limitations.
Being able to build the model of a real transformer.

Prerequisites

  • Mathematics:
    Complex calculation; trigonometric functions, and simple differential calculus; Vector analysis simple.

    Electromagnetism (Ampere); electrostatics
  • Electrokinetics:
    General laws of electricity on a continuous basis
    General laws of electricity linear circuits in sinusoidal
    Powers phase
