Exchange Students

There might be different programmes available if Esisar has an agreement with your home institution.

1 or 2 semesters of exchange at Esisar?

You can come to Esisar and take from 20 to 35 ECTS per semester among all of our courses including the Master MISTRE.
We strongly recommend you to choose courses from the same semester and curriculum to avoid timetable conflicts.
Please check our curricula in Embedded systems and Information Technology & Security.

Master MISTRE

We gladly accept exchange students within our international master programme MISTRE. However we ask you to:
  • Apply like a classical exchange student (see below)
  • Specificaly apply to MISTRE. Click here

Please note that you can be accepted as an exchange student but not for the Master MISTRE.

Dual degree programme

In addition to exchange agreements, Esisar has dual degree agreements with international universities where curricula have been preapproved and recognized. Students then come to Esisar for 3 or 4 semesters and if successful receive both diploma from their home university and Esisar.
If your university has a dual degree with Esisar, please check with your international office at home.

How to apply as exchange student?

Please contact the International Office of your university to check with them if a formal agreement exists between your home institution and Grenoble INP. If so, they will explain you the application process (from courses approval and nomination to dual degree programme).
If there is no formal agreement and your home university would be interested in signing one with us, please ask the International Office at your home university to contact us.

Apply

You can apply only if you have been approved and nominated by your university to come to Esisar.
Application calendar:
- Fall Semester: from February to mid-April.
- Winter Semester (restricted): from February to mid-October.
