Goals

At the end of this module, students involved in their "industrial project" must be able to:

  • Propose a project organization and explain their choices,
  • Implement their approach using the necessary management tools,
  • Mobilize the right resources (human and material) at the right time
  • Monitor commitments through traceability and effective reporting

Content

During practical sessions, students simulate the management of a project with an on-line software (SimulTrain)
Each participant learns to:

  • Plan a project
  • Drive a project
  • Use the project management tools

During exercises :

  • Teacher provides the tools necessary for defining, framing, structuring a project (Pert, Gant...)
  • Particular attention is paid to the specifications, the meeting minutes and all tools for written communication surrounding projects.
  • An implementation and regular monitoring is done through the industrial project in a process of continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of the concept of project structuring, implementing, monitoring, feedback ...

Continuous tests in relation with industrial project
